Additional Terms

1. Termination and Refund Policy

      Payment issues beyond a 3-day grace period may result in order suspension or cancellation. Payments cannot be transferred to another client. Refunds are unavailable except under justified circumstances, where fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. Packages cannot be downgraded.

 

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

     Client information is confidential and must not be disclosed without written consent from Masters & Beyond. Testimonials provided cannot be removed from our website or social media. All content is proprietary to Masters & Beyond.

 

3. Expiration

     Services must be used within twelve months from purchase. Extension requests may incur additional fees of 15-18%.

 

4. Ways of Working

     Prompt communication is required for scheduling or rescheduling meetings. Responses may take 24-48 hours. School lists cannot be changed after the first draft of essays.

     Late responses (more than 7 days from the deadline of the task given by the consultant) from clients may result in moving the overall deadline of application completion to later.

 

5. Late Payment Fees

     Late fees of 2% for payments delayed over 15 days and 3% for delays over 30 days. Clients should communicate payment issues promptly.

 

6. Extra Services

     Only services agreed upon in the initial agreement will be provided.
