Refund Policy

Masters & Beyond is committed to providing high-quality educational consultancy services. We understand that circumstances may arise where a client might seek a refund. The following detailed refund policy outlines our terms and conditions regarding payments and refunds.

 

Outstanding Payments

If payment for our services remains outstanding beyond a three-day grace period, Masters & Beyond reserves the right to suspend all efforts on the client's order. This suspension will remain in effect until full payment is received. If the payment issue is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we also reserve the right to cancel the client's order entirely. The client is responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid any disruption in the services provided.

 

Non-Transferable Payments

All payments made by a client are specific to their order and cannot be transferred or allocated to another client's account or order. This policy ensures clarity and accountability in our financial transactions and service delivery.

 

Payment Timing

Clients must settle all payments before submitting any application to ensure there are no delays or complications in the application process. Any application submitted without prior payment will not be processed until the payment is received in full.

 

No-Refund Policy

Masters & Beyond maintains a strict no-refund policy as a standard practice. Once a client has made a payment, it is generally non-refundable. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and sustainability of our service operations. 

 

Exceptions and Considerations for Refunds

While our no-refund policy is stringent, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may warrant a review. In cases where a thorough assessment of the client's specific situation justifies it, Masters & Beyond may consider offering a refund. The assessment process will involve a detailed review of the client’s reasons for requesting a refund and the services rendered up to that point.

If a refund is approved, it will be subject to the following conditions:

- Masters & Beyond will deduct any applicable fees incurred in processing the client’s transaction from the refund amount.

- Fees for the time and resources already spent delivering services to the client will also be deducted.

- After these deductions, the remaining amount will be refunded to the client.

 

Non-Downgradable Packages

Clients cannot downgrade the service package they initially signed up for. Once clients have chosen a package, they are committed to it and its associated terms and conditions. This policy ensures that all clients receive the full benefit of the services agreed upon at the outset.

 

Clients acknowledge and accept the refund policy outlined above by agreeing to these terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide a clear and transparent framework that protects both the interests of our clients and the operational integrity of Masters & Beyond.
